im off to yakima, wa, today, which is apparently out in the middle of the wilderness, for a four day retreat with all of the americorps members in wa. This is mandatory and we will be trained in such things as emergency preparedness and team building! yea! mentally preparing for doing trustfalls and making small talk...
Is this really where you stayed??? Wow! It really does look like the wild frontier! I don't think Johnny Appleseed made it this far!

haha I did not stay here... i stayed at the holiday inn across from the convention center... it had a pool/hot tub and comfy beds :)
