Recipe for Yucca Bread

Step 1: cut and peel Yucca root with a big knife

Step 2: Get a fire goin

Step 3: Grate Yucca Root

Step 4:  Place Yucca in woven strainer

Step 5:  Strain Yucca

Step 6: Sift dry Yucca

 Step 7: Crisp Yucca flour over open flame

 Step 8: Enjoy Crispy Yucca bread with apricot jam!
