Field Museum and Gilt Bar

On Monday, Benny and I went to the field museum and met extinct animals, including the smallest mammal to ever live and Snuffleupagus.  Jesse joined us after work and we went to Gilt Bar to eat bone marrow and banana cream pie.  Bone marrow tastes like rich and melty butter and we paired it with a caramelized onion jam and crusty bread.
